Live Scoring and Connectivity
Live scores update over your device's internet connection. A weak signal, a dropped connection, or a background app switch can delay an update reaching viewers by a few seconds, or leave a shared link showing the last score received until the connection recovers. This is normal for real-time scoring apps and is not a fault in the recorded match data once the scorer's device reconnects.
Statistics and Tournament Standings
Player statistics, points tables, and net run rate are calculated automatically from the ball-by-ball events a scorer enters. If a scorer mis-tags a run, extra, or dismissal, the derived statistics and standings will reflect that entry until it is corrected. For league and knockout tournaments, treat in-app standings as a working reference and confirm final placings against the organizer's official records.
